Two women and a little girl walk up the road that sits next to the Hope Center in Nairobi, Kenya. In this picture you can see how far the center goes back into the slum. What you cannot see is all the children who stand at these fences hoping for hope. They line the facility during school hours or when there are sports events in hopes that someone will look at them and give them a chance to go to school or feed them or just invite them to kick around a stitched ball. While many children disconnected at these fences, its not just a fence that separates them, unfortunately its the finances needed to dress, feed, and educate them.
