Just two weeks after resuming classes for the new school year, World Hope Senior School saw a huge blessing come to reality. There was a generous donation of 14 laptops, given by our supporters back in the states, for the Computer Lab that will now see students take computer lessons with ease. This is a positive advancement that definitely places World Hope Senior School at a far greater position above other high schools in the region. The state-of-the-art laptops and well-equipped science laboratories are now placing our students at a huge advantage.
The year also started off on an encouraging note with the enrollment of many new students following an aggressive advertisement campaign. During the month of December, when schools are closed in Kenya, the Hope Academy team aggressively promoted our school primarily by marketing our beautiful campus, and all of our advantages. The efforts indeed bore fruits as we have so far managed to admit 26 new students and the numbers keep growing by the day! This growth is attributed to Hope Academy’s great performance; our solid Christian-based character, and our availability of resources for education. We are also proud of the diverse cultures that we serve in our senior school. We have managed to enroll foreign students too with some coming from our neighboring countries, like Tanzania and Rwanda. This success is due to the high quality of education provided in Kenya and the standards by which we strictly follow to ensure that learners are fully prepared. This has placed Hope Academy as the school of choice in our community.
We are very grateful for the heart of those people that gave by donating the laptops aimed for the Senior School Laboratory. We pray that the support keeps coming to help encourage our school to grow more and increase abundantly. We appreciate the prayers and continued support, and we look forward to updating you on how the students are using the new lab.
